SymplyAI Account terms of service
These terms apply to the shared SymplyAI account and Google sign-in experience used across the currently verified live portfolio apps.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the shared SymplyAI Google sign-in experience, you agree to these account-layer terms and to any additional product-specific terms that apply inside the individual SymplyAI apps you choose to use.
2. Account access
The shared account layer exists to authenticate you and route you into supported apps. You are responsible for using a valid Google account, keeping your device access secure, and notifying us if you believe your sign-in access has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the shared account layer to access apps for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, and you may not attempt to circumvent authentication, billing, rate limits, or product safety controls.
4. Product-specific terms still apply
Logging in with one Google account does not merge every product into a single contract. Pricing, credits, subscriptions, refund terms, feature availability, and usage rights may differ between supported apps, and those app-level rules continue to apply where relevant.
5. AI-generated content and usage rights
Some SymplyAI products let you generate text, images, audio, or video with third-party AI providers. As between you and SymplyAI, you retain rights in the prompts, uploads, and source materials you lawfully submit, and you may use generated output to the extent allowed by the specific product plan, the underlying provider terms, and applicable law.
You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to any prompt, reference image, audio clip, brand asset, or other input you upload, and for making sure your use of generated output does not infringe another party's rights or violate platform rules.
If an underlying model provider applies stricter content, attribution, safety, or commercial-use restrictions than SymplyAI, those provider restrictions still apply to the related output.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or improve the shared sign-in system as the portfolio evolves. We aim to keep the account experience stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability at all times.
