SymplyAI Account privacy policy

This policy explains how the shared SymplyAI account layer handles Google sign-in, session data, and related support information for the currently verified live apps.

Last updated April 2026

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the shared SymplyAI account layer used for Google sign-in across the currently verified live apps listed on the account-access homepage. It covers the common authentication experience, not every product-specific feature or workflow inside those apps.

2. Information we collect

When you use Google sign-in, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image when available through the provider.

We also process session and account metadata needed to keep you signed in securely, route you back to the correct app after login, and understand whether an account already exists inside a supported SymplyAI product.

3. How we use this information

We use shared account information to authenticate users, create or reconnect user accounts, maintain session state, protect account access, and support user requests related to sign-in issues.

Individual apps may separately process generation history, billing, uploads, or feature usage for their own product experience. Those product-specific workflows may have additional in-product notices, policies, or terms.

4. Third-party services

Google provides the sign-in identity flow. After sign-in, the following services process data to deliver product features:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, features used). You can opt out via the cookie consent banner. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments and credit pack purchases. We never store your card details. Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • fal.ai — processes text prompts and uploaded images to generate AI video and image content. fal.ai Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — serves the site via CDN and may collect IP addresses for security. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — hosts the application and processes server-side requests.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication sessions and analytics (via GA4). You can control cookie preferences through the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline analytics cookies, GA4 runs in cookieless mode without setting persistent identifiers.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Retention and security

We retain account and session information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the shared login system, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse or fraud. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect account access information.
